Order processing

Shipping
Available destinations, delivery methods, and shipping charges are presented during checkout when configured for the order. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, destination, weather, customs, or other conditions outside the studio’s control.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information will be provided when the selected carrier and service support it. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Damage or order problems
Inspect the package promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, use the contact page as soon as possible and include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the item’s condition, customization, and any final-sale notice on its product page. Contact the studio before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Original shipping charges and return costs are not refundable unless the studio confirms that the order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
